Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group seeks a Superintendent for commercial TI/buildout projects in Nashville. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating subcontractors to deliver buildouts for restaurant, retail, and hospitality clients.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in onsite construction management, proficiency with Sage 100, and strong communication skills to maintain client and team alignment throughout design to completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a commercial construction onsite-management role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and interface with inspectors, subcontractors, architects, designers, engineers, officials and clients.
• Proactive management of schedules and budgets while coordinating with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage project schedules with the PM.
• Maintain budgets and procurement of materials.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; review shop drawings; manage deliveries.
• Supervise craft employees and assign responsibilities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with codes and regulations.
• Provide regular progress and budget updates to PM and Director.
