Job summary

• 3+ years of Commercial TI (Tenant Improvement) Construction Estimation (Required).
• BA/BS in Construction Management, Business, Operations, or similar (not required).

Responsibilities

• Define commercial project scope and understand client requirements.
• Read and interpret building plans and specifications.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and unit cost analysis from drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Obtain and complete all project bid forms.
• Solicit, obtain, and evaluate sub-contractor proposals for accuracy and completeness.
• Track changes, maintain a living estimate, and manage cost forecasting throughout the project.
• Prepare estimates and documentation for change orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and contractual requirements.
