Michael Page is assisting a top ENR-ranked construction firm in Manhattan, NY to hire a Construction Estimator focused on commercial TI and interior build-outs. You will deliver detailed cost estimates and lead bid processes, working closely with preconstruction, operations and design teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10+ years of TI or corporate interiors estimating experience, the ability to read complex drawings and specs, and strong analytical and collaborative skills to drive accurate project
