Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction estimating, focused on ground up and TI projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment; proficient in estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for ground-up and TI projects.
• Review architectural drawings, specs, and docs to prepare estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and team members to gather data.
• Identify and quantify potential cost uncertainties to ensure accuracy.
• Present estimates to senior management and clients, outlining basis and risks.
• Participate in bid reviews to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
• Track and adjust project costs as scope or market conditions change.
• Stay updated on industry trends and construction tech to improve estimating.
