BCCI Construction, part of the STO Building Group, seeks an Estimator in Silicon Valley. This role targets seasoned construction estimators who translate plans into accurate budgets to support successful projects.

Qualifications

• Must have conceptual estimating experience on midsized to large commercial tenant improvements.
• Proven ability to interpret drawings, specifications and construction documents.
• Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control and project controls.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; proficient with estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment and overhead.
• Utilize Bluebeam and HeavyBid to create and manage estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to gather information for pricing.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Monitor project costs to ensure budget adherence and review contracts/specifications.
