We are seeking a Commercial Support Manager – Government to join our Waygate Technologies Sales Team. Baker Hughes offers a comprehensive portfolio of systems and products, including advanced data collection technology, software for remote collaboration, and non-destructive testing solutions such as radiography, computed tomography, remote visual inspection, ultrasound, and eddy current products.

The Commercial Support Manager – Government will develop solutions for the Government business, providing end-to-end support across the US and Canada. This role involves analyzing business data, collaborating with leaders and partners, and leveraging various tools to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong business process knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with customers to deliver innovative projects and support business growth.

Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing quotes, awards, and order entries for Government/Military customers
  • Managing IDIQ proposals, bid reviews, and contractual compliance
  • Supporting government flow-downs, GSA pricing, and government audits
  • Handling contract closeouts, workload reports, and government property audits
  • Monitoring government contract notifications and maintaining compliance in SFDC
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 4+ years managing government contracts
  • Minimum of 3+ years in sales operations related to government contracts
  • Strong sales strategy, customer focus, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills, technical knowledge of energy products, and teamwork abilities
Work Environment & Benefits:
