Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager - Government

Location:

The associate will work remotely, but must live within a 60-mile radius of Washington DC.

Overview:

Blue Yonder is seeking a creative and dynamic solutions marketer passionate about supply chain management, with a keen understanding of how government agencies leverage multi-tier supply chains to support their mission objectives.

This high-impact role focuses on expanding Blue Yonder's presence in end-to-end supply chain management for Federal government agencies, including defense and civilian sectors.

Scope:

In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, product management, and federal sales teams to craft messaging and content that demonstrate how our solutions improve planning, logistics, and warehousing efficiency, control costs, foster supplier collaboration, and meet fulfillment objectives.

What you will do:

  • Translate new solution capabilities into outcome-oriented messaging and content for sales, awareness, and demand generation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on how government agencies leverage supply chains, supporting sales with tailored content.
  • Partner with sales and industry leaders to develop messaging that highlights our value in planning and operations for supply chain leaders.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive government-specific programs and promotions to increase engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to increase market share and analyze competitors, working with intelligence and sales teams.
  • Assist in developing scripts and visual demos for events showcasing Blue Yonder’s value to the Federal government.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing or a high-tech field; MBA/master's preferred.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • 3+ years marketing to federal agencies, with understanding of multi-tier supply chains and control towers/digital networks.
  • Knowledge of warehousing and logistics processes is a plus.
  • Experience with supply chain software.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for business audiences.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams for product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud-based software products.
  • Experience aligning marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Effective internal communicator and collaborator.

Salary Range:

$120,334.55 - $151,665.44 USD, based on experience and location. Compensation includes potential bonuses or commissions.
