About Us

We are a leading provider of SaaS solutions tailored for government agencies, delivering asset and maintenance management software to improve efficiency and transparency. We are seeking two Regional Sales Managers—one for the Western Region and one for the Mountain Region—to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee all sales activities within their territory, working remotely and reporting to the VP of Sales. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, experienced in selling SaaS solutions to government agencies, and capable of driving new business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and grow the customer base.
  • Identify, prospect, and close sales with government entities.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outreach and networking.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Deliver virtual and in-person presentations and demos.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue accurately.
  • Collaborate with marketing and implementation teams for customer success.
  • Keep detailed records in CRM and report progress weekly.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of successful SaaS sales to government agencies.
  • Based within the assigned region (CA preferred for Western, TX for Mountain).
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large territory.
  • Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
