H.T. Prof Executive Search seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent to coordinate Nashville jobsite operations and supervise field personnel to meet schedule and budget targets.

This role emphasizes safety, effective coordination with subcontractors, and delivering quality work on TI and ground-up projects in a fast-paced commercial retail environment. A strong bonus program and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with on-site supervision of commercial construction.
• Ground-up commercial experience preferred for projects of $1-3 Million.
• Tenant Improvement and Interiors experience required.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation preferred (Truck provided if needed).

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow of ongoing projects in line with schedule and budget.
• Communicate project priorities to subcontractors.
• Identify and solve issues to maintain schedules.
• Ensure quality workmanship per plans and specs.
• Create and manage job schedules and supervise final punch-out.
• Read and interpret building plans.
• Build positive relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Promote and implement job site safety.
• Travel within region as needed.
• Handle projects ranging from TI to ground-up scopes.
