Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent for our Nashville area client.

You will coordinate jobsite construction operations and directly supervise field personnel to complete projects on schedule and within budget, while promoting a safe workplace environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of on-site supervision experience in commercial construction, ground-up and TI/ Interiors, and a college degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site supervision of commercial construction.
• Ground-up commercial experience preferred for $1-3M projects.
• Tenant Improvement and interiors experience required.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Direct the workflow to align with project schedule and budget.
• Coordinate priorities with subcontractors.
• Identify issues to maintain the schedule.
• Ensure quality workmanship per plans and specs.
• Create and manage job schedules.
• Supervise final punch-out.
• Read and interpret building plans.
• Foster positive relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Promote and enforce job-site safety.
• Travel within region as needed.
• Handle projects from $500k-1M and $1-15M ground-up.
