Job summary

Jobot in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Senior Field Project Manager to lead iconic Bay Area builds. You will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate scheduling, and supervise subs while upholding safety and quality.

This role offers ownership of crane sizing, MEP startup, and closeout processes, with leadership development and strong mentorship in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive construction experience, including 2+ years as a foreman or 4+ years as an assistant superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, CPM scheduling (P6 or equivalent), and cost reports and change orders.
• Experience working with unions and dispatching.
• OSHA 30 (or BCSP certification).

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day field operations, including planning, sequencing, procurement, and subcontractor supervision.
• Promote and enforce jobsite safety, cleanliness, and all safety policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain the project schedule, managing changes in schedule and scope.
• Oversee QA/QC, inspections, and punch list execution through closeout.
• Plan site logistics, hoisting, and vertical transportation, including crane sizing and placement.
