Guardian Protection Products in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a skilled installer for stucco, EIFS and plaster work on commercial and multifamily projects. You will install, finish, and repair facades, inspect quality, and work safely with minimal supervision.

The role requires 3+ years of caulking and waterproofing experience, knowledge of EIFS, and ability to read blueprints. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; overtime may be required, with typical pay of $28–$33 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial caulking and waterproofing experience.
• Experience with commercial façade restoration.
• Knowledge of EIFS systems, plastering techniques, and waterproofing details.
• Able to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Install traditional three-coat stucco systems on commercial and multifamily projects.
• Install and repair EIFS when required.
• Mix and apply stucco materials using hand tools and spraying equipment.
• Repair cracks, damaged stucco, and exterior façade systems.
• Maintain alignment, texture, and finish quality to standards.
• Work from scaffolding, aerial lifts, and swing stages as necessary.
• Inspect finished work for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Perform duties assigned by Lead Tech, Foreman, or Supervisor.
