Qualifications

• Experience with commercial façade restoration and EIFS/plastering.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair stucco, EIFS, and exterior plaster on commercial projects.
• Mix and apply materials using hand tools and spray equipment.
• Inspect work for quality, texture, and alignment.
• Work from scaffolding and lifts; adhere to safety standards.
• Maintain clean job sites and professional customer interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Lead Tech/Foreman.
