Job summary

Rust-Oleum in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a skilled stucco installer to perform installation, repair, and finishing of stucco, EIFS, and plaster systems on commercial and multifamily projects. You will inspect work for quality and safety and operate with minimal supervision.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in commercial caulking and waterproofing, knowledge of EIFS, and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of commercial caulking and waterproofing experience.
Commercial façade restoration experience.
Knowledge of EIFS systems, plastering techniques, and waterproofing details.
Travel to perform work as required.
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings (preferred).

Responsibilities

Install traditional three-coat stucco systems on commercial and multifamily projects.
Install and repair EIFS when required.
Mix and apply stucco materials using hand tools and spraying equipment.
Repair cracks, damaged stucco, and exterior façade systems.
Maintain proper alignment, texture, and finish quality standards.
Work from scaffolding, aerial lifts, and swing stages when necessary.
Adhere to all OSHA, WTI, and Tremco CPG Safety Standards.
Maintain clean and organized job sites and work areas.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned.
