Guardian Protection Products in Orlando is hiring a skilled installer to perform stucco, EIFS, and plaster systems on commercial and multifamily projects. You will inspect work and ensure compliance with project specifications while maintaining a safe, professional job site.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of caulking and waterproofing experience, understand EIFS and plastering details, and be able to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial caulking and waterproofing experience.
• Commercial façade restoration experience.
• Knowledge of EIFS systems, plastering techniques, and waterproofing details.
• Reliable transportation to job sites; travel as required.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Install traditional three-coat stucco systems on commercial/multifamily projects.
• Install and repair EIFS when required.
• Mix and apply stucco materials using hand tools and spraying equipment.
• Repair cracks, damaged stucco, and exterior façade systems; ensure quality.
• Maintain alignment, texture, and finish quality; inspect work for specs.
• Work from scaffolding, lifts, and swing stages; maintain safety standards.
• Maintain clean job sites and professional customer interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Lead Tech, Foreman or Supervisor.
