Guardian Protection Products in Tampa, FL is seeking a skilled craftsman to install, repair, and finish stucco, EIFS, and plaster systems on commercial and multifamily projects. You will inspect work for quality and safety, and perform duties with minimal supervision.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in caulking and waterproofing, the ability to read blueprints, and a readiness to travel to job sites. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial caulking and waterproofing experience.
• Experience with commercial façade restoration.
• Knowledge of EIFS systems, plastering techniques, and waterproofing details.
• Read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to travel to job sites and work overtime when required.

Responsabilités

• Install traditional three-coat stucco systems on commercial and multifamily projects.
• Install and repair EIFS when required.
• Mix and apply stucco materials using hand tools and spraying equipment.
• Repair cracks, damaged stucco, and exterior façade systems.
• Maintain alignment, texture, and finish quality.
• Work from scaffolding, aerial lifts, and swing stages.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain clean job sites.
• Interact professionally with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Lead Tech/Foreman.
