Job summary

Guardian Protection Products is seeking a skilled installer to perform stucco, EIFS, and plaster system work on commercial and multifamily projects. You will mix, apply, and finish materials to meet texture and finish standards while maintaining safety and site organization.

Responsibilities include inspecting work to ensure quality, reading blueprints, and coordinating with the Foreman to complete tasks efficiently. Occasional travel to job sites may be required and overtime may be expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial caulking and waterproofing experience.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Knowledge of EIFS systems and plastering techniques.

Responsibilities

• Install traditional three-coat stucco systems on commercial and multifamily projects.
• Install and repair EIFS when required.
• Mix and apply stucco materials using hand tools and spraying equipment.
• Repair cracks and damaged stucco and exterior façade systems.
• Maintain alignment, texture, and finish quality to project specs.
• Work from scaffolding, aerial lifts, and swing stages as needed.
• Adhere to OSHA, safety standards; keep job sites clean and organized.
• Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to specs.
