Tremco in Fort Myers, FL is seeking skilled installers to perform caulking, waterproofing, and finishing of stucco, EIFS, and plaster systems on commercial projects. You will inspect work, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standards across scaffolding or lifts while serving clients professionally.

Applicants should have 3+ years in commercial caulking, knowledge of EIFS, and the ability to travel as needed.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial caulking and waterproofing experience.
• Commercial facade restoration experience.
• Knowledge of EIFS systems, plastering techniques, and waterproofing details.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Travel to perform work as required.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and teamwork.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Install traditional three-coat stucco systems on commercial and multifamily projects.
• Install and repair EIFS when required.
• Mix and apply stucco materials using hand tools and spraying equipment.
• Repair cracks, damaged stucco, and exterior facade systems.
• Maintain alignment, texture, and finish quality standards.
• Work from scaffolding, aerial lifts, and swing stages as necessary.
• Adhere to Tremco CPG Safety Standards.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and work areas.
• Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to specs.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Lead Tech, Foreman, or Supervisor.
• This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
