The role supports executive leadership through data-driven insights, governance, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrids setup at Edwards Corporate HQ in Irvine.

The position emphasizes strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and strong analytics to drive performance across commercial operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum ten (10) years’ progressive experience in sales operations; sales strategy; and/or sales business intelligence required.
Ability to travel up to 15% (occasional for QBR and Leadership Meetings)

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution: define and execute annual and long-range strategic priorities; translate objectives into action plans and metrics.
Executive Leadership Support: prepare briefings, reviews, and leadership materials; facilitate leadership meetings.
Organizational Effectiveness: establish governance models and management systems to improve execution; streamline processes.
Business Performance & Analytics: monitor KPIs and support decision-making with data insights.
Leadership Team Operations: manage governance, track decisions, and align across functions.
