The Commercial Inventory Analyst role supports the national field sales team, partners across inventory, contracts and supply chain, and develops analytical models to optimize inventory and mitigate E&O.

The position requires onsite work at the Irvine, CA campus and prefers candidate with medical device experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in finance, customer service, sales operations, and/or inventory.
This onsite role requires residence within commuting distance to Edwards Irvine, CA.
Experience in a medical device or regulated industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the national field sales team and broader TMTT organization.
Collaborate across inventory, contracts, supply chain, marketing, sales and other functions to improve patient access.
Develop intermediate analytical models for inventory optimization and E&O mitigation.
Perform advanced field scan analysis for SOX compliance across multiple systems and departments to guide customer service decisions.
Identify and design system testing processes and process improvements.
Collaborate with field sales to manage account inventory, reconciliations, expirations, RGAs, returns and bailouts.
Update or create master data in one or more systems.
Other incidental duties as needed.
