Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy to bridge commercial strategy and execution by translating business needs into actionable insights and operational solutions. The role is onsite / hybrid, based out of the Edwards Corporate Headquarters in Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
10+ years in sales operations, sales strategy, or sales BI.
Travel up to 15% for QBR and Leadership Meetings.

Responsibilities

Translate executive objectives into measurable action plans and metrics.
Lead operating cadence processes including QBRs, MBRs, annual sales planning, and strategic reviews.
Partner with analytics and BI teams to monitor KPIs and business outcomes.
Prepare leadership materials, facilitate executive meetings, and drive cross-functional alignment.
Identify risks and opportunities to improve execution and governance.
