Job summary

Drata is seeking an Associate Solutions Architect to serve commercial customers, blending technical acumen with self-service content. You will work within the Customer Success Group to help clients understand the Drata platform and achieve a continuous, self-sufficient compliance posture.

You will help develop digital assets, run 1:many workshops, and partner with Product to close gaps. Remote-friendly, with a focus on scalable solutions across accounts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Solutions Architect or equivalent role in B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience producing technical content (help articles, walkthroughs, or e-learning).
• Experience in security or compliance-related industries (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools or platforms for compliance workflows.
• Foundational experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Foundational scripting experience (JavaScript, Python, or Bash).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting in webinars/workshops.
• Self-directed, organized, able to manage a customer portfolio and multiple content streams.

Responsibilities

• Own a commercial book of business, monitoring technical health and platform adoption.
• Provide targeted, limited-scope technical guidance to at-risk customers.
• Deliver limited-scope ad hoc technical support for integration questions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on priorities, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Direct customers to self-service resources and digital assets where appropriate.
• Contribute to Drata Academy content and update technical modules and walkthroughs.
• Design and deliver 1:many technical workshops and webinars.
• Identify content gaps from support trends and customer feedback, prioritizing production.
• Partner with Product and Customer Education to keep content accurate and aligned.
