Job summary

Drata is hiring an Associate Solutions Architect (remote US) to serve commercial customers with technical guidance and scalable digital assets. You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive platform adoption and retention while contributing to Drata Academy content, help articles, and workshops.

The role blends customer conversations with content development, requiring security/compliance familiarity and cloud/API fluency to support AI-powered features.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Solutions Architect or equivalent role in B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience producing technical content—help articles, videos, or e-learning modules—strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with security/compliance domains (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA) is a plus.
• Foundational skills with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of business within the commercial customer segment and monitor technical health and platform adoption.
• Provide limited-scope, bounded integration or solutioning guidance to commercial customers.
• Develop and maintain scalable digital assets (Drata Academy content, help articles, walkthrough videos).
• Design and deliver 1:many technical workshops and webinars for the commercial base.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Education teams to keep content current and accurate.
• Escalate complex issues to senior SAs with clear context for fast resolution.
