Job summary

Drata seeks a Solutions Architect to support APAC remotely, guiding enterprise customers through implementing and expanding the Drata security and compliance automation platform. You’ll own the technical customer experience from kickoff to adoption, coordinating with Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Based in or aligned with APAC hours, you’ll translate security, governance, and compliance requirements into scalable solutions, deliver trainings, and drive customer enablement while

Qualifications

• 8+ years post-sales in a Solutions Architect or similar role in B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years in security, compliance, GRC or related field.
• Hands-on AI-powered tools or platforms applied to compliance or GRC workflows.
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP or Azure; REST APIs/JSON; scripting in JS/TS/Python/Bash.
• Collaborative, cross-functional work with Sales, Product, Engineering, QA and Security.
• English fluency; APAC-aligned work hours

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of APAC enterprise customers as primary technical contact.
• Lead end-to-end implementations with plans, milestones, risk management, and launch readiness.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Monitor health, renewal risk, and expansion opportunities with Customer Success.
• Configure and customize Drata; integrate systems; support data migrations; troubleshoot issues.
• Advise on integrations, APIs, cloud infrastructure, identity, HR systems, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Deliver training, workshops, QBR insights, documentation, and self-service guidance.
• Reduce escalations by documenting behavior and providing remediation guidance.
• Partner with Product/Engineering on UAT, bugs, requests, and regional needs.
• Share APAC trends and best practices across teams via enablement and docs.
