Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a commercial tire technician.
• 5+ years of experience assigning commercial service work orders.
• Commercial TIA certification strongly preferred.
• Forklift Certification or ability to obtain it.
• Valid Driver's License or equivalent and insurable to drive.

Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor all service work orders to technicians.
• Manage productivity of technicians to achieve monthly revenue goals.
• Provide ongoing training and skill development for technicians.
• Assist with work orders during high demand or staffing shortages.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
