Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions in the United States is seeking a Commercial Service Manager to lead service operations for our commercial tire fleet customers. You will oversee work orders, coordinate technicians, and drive monthly revenue goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role emphasizes team-building, training, and strong customer service. Ideal candidates have hands-on tire service experience, proficiency with MS Office, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a commercial tire technician.
• 5 years of experience assigning commercial service work orders to technicians.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to learn other software (Maddenco, AS400, SAP, BTN).
• Commercial TIA certification strongly preferred.
• Forklift Certification or ability to obtain following employment.
• Valid Driver's License and insurable to drive by company standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, create, assign, and monitor all service work orders to technicians.
• Manage productivity of technicians with a focus on monthly revenue goals.
• Provide ongoing training and skill development opportunities for technicians to enhance performance.
• Step in to assist with work orders and technician tasks as needed during high demand or staffing shortages.
• Assist branch manager with maintaining up-to-date employee administrative files.
• Provide sales staff support with service quotes, product lookups, and customer concerns.
• Oversee customer scheduled fleet work, scrap tire analysis, and other customer needs.
• Assist with warehouse duties: inventory, load/unload, barcoding, scan, billing.
• Conduct daily inspection of warehouse, service bays, trucks and equipment for safety, cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure proper branch opening and closing procedures are followed.

• Ensure proper branch opening and closing procedures are being followed
