Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking an experienced In-Shop Commercial Tire Technician to oversee safety, efficiency, and daily warehouse operations. Candidates should have at least three years of tire experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Mount and dismount various sized commercial tires using the mount/dismount machine and tools.
• Accurately load and unload tire shipments and assist Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist with warehouse inventory flow and monthly inventories.
• Write up and barcode tires into BibTread system.
• Assist with tire reconditioning processes and monthly retread reports.
• Support route drivers with pickups and deliveries as needed.

Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking an experienced In-Shop Commercial Tire Technician. Responsibilities will include overseeing the safety, efficiency, and completion of daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, at least three years of tire experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role or industry (some commercial tire required)
• Proficient in MS Office and the able to learn other software
• Commercial TIA certification (strongly preferred)
• Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain following employment)

Responsibilities:

• Mount and dismount various sized commercial tires, utilizing the mount/dismount machine, T45A Tire Iron/Spoon Bar, and or the "Golden Tool"
• Accurately load and unload all tire shipments and assist Warehouse Supervisor
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with the efficiency and flow of warehouse inventory
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with all monthly inventory audits
• Ensure warehouse space is utilized efficiently
• Responsible for writing up and barcoding customer and stock tires into BibTread system
• Assist with the scrap out analysis process for Snider customers
• In charge of and accounting for wheels being submitted for reconditioning
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor with running monthly retread reports
• May be required to assist route driver with customer pickups and deliveries
• Responsible for the overall organization, inventory, and cleanliness of warehouse
• Follow all safety rules, wear proper PPE and demonstrate safety conscious mindset
• Demonstrate excellent attendance, show up to work on time and in the correct uniform.
• Adheres to all policies, procedures and values of Snider Fleet Solutions.
