Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to promote and sell Security services and technology within an assigned territory. Build relationships, close new business, and drive customer retention while serving as the Johnson Controls Security brand steward.

You will maintain product knowledge, pursue new opportunities, and coordinate post-install follow-ups. This role requires a high school diploma, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior level executives within the customer and Johnson Controls Security organizations
• Ability to work a full-time schedule
• Available for local travel

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services and technology within an assigned territory; close new business and ensure customer retention.
• Secure profitable sales and upgrades for Johnson Controls Security Commercial customers; improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product line and customer needs through training and research; follow up post-installation to confirm commitments and satisfaction.

Education
