Job summary

CPI Security in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to design, present and sell security and automation solutions to commercial clients. You will generate and follow up on leads, build strong customer relationships, and work with the Sales Manager to meet or exceed targets.

This role offers uncapped earnings through base salary plus commissions and a supportive, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1-2 years outside sales experience preferred, but will train the right individual.
• CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate CPI Security’s value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers.
• Self-generate customer connect opportunities, in addition to company leads, to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned location.
• Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales.
• Work closely with Sales Manager and team to ensure goal is achieved.
