Job summary

DH Pace Company, a leader in security systems integration, is seeking Outside Commercial Sales Representatives in Olathe, Kansas. You will cultivate new business and strengthen existing client relationships by selling access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and related services.

We seek self-directed professionals with strong communication and a hunter mentality who can translate client needs into practical estimates and proposals while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree highly preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license required for all applicants.
Experience with security systems and industry trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the Olathe, KS area.
Build and strengthen relationships with commercial clients.
Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Translate client needs into accurate estimates and proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and clients to ensure project success.
