Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking recent graduates for the Leadership Development Program (SLP) in Sales, Channel and Brand Management. The program includes 2-3 rotations across Retail, Commercial & Industrial End User, and Sales Support at multiple US locations.

As part of the SLP you will support end-user sales, learn to engage with professional customers, and work with cross-functional teams to drive growth using tools like Power BI and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement and relevant entry-level sales experience.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with less than 2 years of professional experience (including internship/co-op).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, learning agility, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Support Retail, Commercial & Industrial end-user sales and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with data-driven growth plans using Power BI and Salesforce analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive promotions and merchandising programs.
