You will participate in 2–3 rotations across Retail, Commercial & Industrial End User segments, learning how to drive End User Sales and lift revenue while supporting sales teams with analytics and strategic initiatives. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, have up to 2 years of experience, and show leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Communications, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with <2 years of experience (incl. internship).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use BI tools.

Aufgaben

• Support Retail, Commercial & Industrial end users in rotations across locations.
• Engage with trade channels, distributors, and field teams to drive growth.
• Assist with program analytics, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
• Develop training materials and sales tools using Salesforce and Power BI.
