Qualifications

• 2+ years blending B2B sales with account management or client services.
• Experience in janitorial, facility management, hospitality, or service industries preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold-call, and network to win new commercial cleaning contracts.
• Serve as the primary contact for existing accounts and ensure service quality.
• Retain clients and identify opportunities to upsell services like floor care or window washing.
• Coordinate between client and field team to address requests quickly.
