Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business, Sales Engineering, or related.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of data analysis tools or programming languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication.
• Strong written and verbal engagement with customers and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including technical and sales.

Responsibilities

• Two years, four six-month rotations across Inside Sales, Project Sales, Applications Engineering, Supply Chain.
• Cross-functional learning across Inside/Technical Sales, Project Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations.
• Networking between Engineering, Sales, Channel Partners, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Assignment of a peer mentor/on-the-job coach.
• Develop relationships with regional Channel Partners.
• End of rotation report-outs to leadership.
• Final placement within Inside Sales, Project Sales, Supply Chain, or Operations based on business needs and interests.

We have an exciting Rotational Program opportunity at our Farris facility in Brecksville, OH! At Curtiss-Wright, you can transform the way our customers do business, as well as transform your career. Location: Brecksville, OH Salary: $25-$30 USD Hourly Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Ohio. YOUR CHALLENGE

Two years, four six-month rotations, within a combination of Inside Sales, Project Sales, Applications Engineering, Supply Chain, planning and logistics

Cross functional learning across Inside/Technical Sales, Project Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations

Networking between all Functions - Engineering, Sales, Channel Partners, Production, Supply Chain, Finance

Assignment of a peer mentor/ on-the-job coach

Develop relationships with our regional Channel Partners

End of rotation report-outs to leadership team

Final role placement within Inside Sales, Project Sales, Supply Chain, or Operations discipline based on business needs along with team members’ interests.

WHAT YOU BRING

Completed degree in Business, Sales Engineering, or related.

Basic proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Understanding of data analysis tools or programming languages is a plus

Experience in customer service role is a plus

Ability to work independently and within tight deadlines

Effective verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical and sales departments.
