Curtiss-Wright Corporation offers a Commercial Rotational Program at the Farris facility in Brecksville, OH. The program spans two years with four six-month rotations across Inside Sales, Project Sales, Applications Engineering, Supply Chain, planning and logistics.

Participants receive mentorship, cross-functional exposure, and peer coaching. A completed degree in Business, Sales Engineering, or related field is required, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business, Sales Engineering, or related field.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of data analysis tools or programming languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service role is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and within tight deadlines.
• Effective verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams; attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Inside Sales, Project Sales, Applications Engineering, Supply Chain, planning and logistics.
• Engage in cross-functional learning across Sales, Channel Partners, Engineering and Operations.
• Network across functions and with regional Channel Partners.
• Receive mentorship from a peer coach during rotations.
• Prepare end-of-rotation reports for leadership.
• Assist with final role placement within Inside Sales, Project Sales, or Operations.
