Job summary

Tiello is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee multiple roofing projects from bid to closeout. You will coordinate between clients, field teams, and leadership to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, submittals, and change orders, while ensuring safety and quality on site. Travel to job sites as needed and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management.
• Strong knowledge of single-ply, BUR, modified bitumen, and coating systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management software, MS Office, and construction documentation.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout, incl. budgets and schedules.
• Oversee field operations ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors and ensure clear communication.
• Review and approve purchase orders, subcontractor invoices, and progress billings.
• Conduct project meetings with field staff to ensure alignment on deliverables.
