Job summary

Tiello is partnering with a well-established Commercial Roofing Contractor to recruit a Commercial Roofing Business Development professional in Phoenix, AZ. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with owners and facility managers, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to contract award.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in commercial roofing sales, deep knowledge of TPO, EPDM, and coatings, and a proven ability to close deals while traveling locally.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in commercial roofing sales, business development, or construction sales.
• Proven track record of generating new business and closing commercial accounts.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, coatings

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new commercial roofing opportunities.
• Prospect and build relationships with property owners, managers, and decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial roofing opportunities, manage sales process from contact to contract.
• Present proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close new business.
