You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, field teams, and leadership to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role involves managing projects across commercial, industrial, institutional, and multifamily roofing scopes, with familiarity in TPO, PVC, EPDM, and coating systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management.
• Strong knowledge of single-ply, BUR, modified bitumen, and coating systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout including budgets and schedules.
• Oversee field operations ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on all sites.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors and ensure clear communication.
