We are seeking Commercial Roofing Service Techs in Portland, ME. Starting pay is $25+/hr, BOE. We offer a SIGN-ON BONUS of up to $2000.

Job Responsibilities

• Repair, maintenance, and installation of various commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Modified, etc.)
• Inspect roofs to identify issues and determine repairs
• Maintain accurate electronic records of work performed

Requirements

• Experience with commercial roofing systems preferred but training available for the right candidates
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly, 50+ lbs occasionally
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Follow instructions, work safely, and maintain professionalism
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Proficiency with technology for communication and documentation
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Must be at least 18 years old

Working Conditions

Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature. Physical effort includes standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting. Mostly local travel within 1 hour.
