Job Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Assisting the service Technician I to diagnose and resolve roof leaks on various types of commercial roof systems.
2. Assisting the service Technician I perform emergency roof repairs.
3. Properly install roofing materials for repairs in accordance with industry standards, including metal flashings.
4. Assisting the service Technician I and conduct routine roof inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventive maintenance measures.
5. Assist in the installation of new roofing systems, including membrane, metal, and shingle roofs.
6. Entering project findings and photos in CenterPoint Connect / Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology/software.
7. Maintain Fleet requirements, including vehicle cleanliness, inventory, safe driving, and maintenance.
8. Collaborate with project managers to develop repair plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion.
9. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and updates.
10. Provide technical support and guidance to team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
11. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, including PPE and OSHA standards.
12. Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies through training and certifications.
13. Assist in maintaining inventory levels of roofing materials and equipment.
14. Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies, demonstrating flexibility.
15. Uphold the company's reputation for quality workmanship and customer service.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to work at heights
• Proficient with safety protocols
• Good communication skills and professional appearance
• Ability to input project info into CRM software
