Job description

North American Roofing is a large commercial roofing contractor in the United States. We are searching for a B2B Sales professional with experience developing regional accounts who can help us continue our growth in the Orlando, Florida market.

We are looking for a dynamic sales individual to join our national team to continue our success. If you are a proven sales leader with an ability to work independently and remotely with a history of closing large ticket sales and relationship selling, let’s discuss how this may be a good fit for you.

Purpose of the Job:

To grow regional sales for all commercial roofing lines of business.

Job Duties:

  1. Work to meet and exceed annual reroof and service sales goals.
  2. Proactively prospect and develop accounts by cold calling, social media, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  3. Identify and network with decision makers of regional accounts to secure all business opportunities.
  4. Arrange meetings with relevant decision makers and centers of influence to review roofing sales opportunities.
  5. Manage existing regional accounts and build relationships with key personnel.
  6. Conduct in-person, virtual, and conference call meetings with all stakeholders relevant to meeting company objectives.
  7. Build customer relationships, prepare presentation materials, prospect, and close on accounts.
  8. Meet and/or exceed territory sales targets.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years B2B experience with a heavy emphasis in solution selling.
  2. Experience in facilities and/or commercial construction sales.
  3. Strong skills in relationship building, presentation, problem solving, prospecting, and closing.
  4. Adept at managing client expectations through the sales process from program development to service implementation and fulfillment.
  5. Ability to clearly communicate and negotiate in challenging sales situations.
  6. Ability to achieve productivity goals as outlined by organizational metrics.
  7. Must be able to climb a ladder; may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
  8. Must have clean driving record.
  9. Travel within regional territory required.
  10. Limited overnight travel for corporate meetings.
  11. Experience with Microsoft Suite and CRM programs.
