We are seeking experienced commercial roofing lead service technicians in Portland, ME. Position Details:

• Pay starting at $30+/hr, BOE
• SIGN-ON BONUS up to $2000, BOE

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial roofing systems such as EPDM, TPO, & PVC
• Work under the supervision of the crew’s Foreman

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in commercial roofing; training available for the right candidates
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly, 50+ lbs occasionally
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physical activities include bending, kneeling, and ladder climbing
• Follow safety and work specifications, maintain professionalism
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Must be at least 18 years old

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to heights, noise, and temperature variations
• Frequent standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting
• Mostly local travel within 1 hour
