Responsibilities & Requirements

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving roof leaks on various commercial roof systems.
• Perform emergency roof repairs and install roofing materials following industry standards.
• Conduct routine roof inspections, identify issues, and recommend maintenance.
• Assist in installing new roofing systems, including membrane, metal, and shingle roofs.
• Enter project data and photos into CRM software.
• Maintain fleet requirements, including vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with project managers on repair plans and schedules.
• Keep accurate records of work, materials, and labor.
• Support team members with technical guidance and adhere to safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies promptly.
• Uphold quality workmanship and customer service standards.

Minimum Requirements
