Job summary

Tecta America Carolinas is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative for our Indian Trail, NC location. You will drive business development for preventive maintenance service contracts, selling to new and existing clients and scheduling appointments via self-generated leads.

In this role you will operate in a business-to-business environment, cover an assigned territory, and build a portfolio of accounts through prospecting and referrals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales experience in roofing or construction.
• Ability to qualify leads and close business by phone or in person.
• Strong relationship-building skills and integrity.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; willingness to travel locally up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Prospect via cold calls, emails, door-to-door calls, networking and referrals.
• Set sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective client companies.
• Establish rapport and develop long-term business relationships with clients over the course of an extended sales cycle.
• Assemble proposals and reports for clients.
• Submit all contacts and documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain all sales activity in the Tecta CRM program.
