Job summary

Tecta America East, Glen Rock PA, is seeking a Service Sales Representative to drive preventive maintenance service contracts in a business-to-business setting.

You will prospect, qualify leads, and set appointments with key decision makers, building long-term relationships throughout extended sales cycles. A high school diploma and a proven sales history in roofing or construction are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales experience in roofing, construction or a related field.
• Ability to manage/qualify leads and close business through direct contact or over the phone.
• Proven track record of developing relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally up to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect via cold calls, emails, door-to-door calls, networking and referrals.
• Follow up on direct mail campaigns.
• Set sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective client companies.
• Establish rapport and develop long-term business relationships with clients over the course of an extended sales cycle.
• Partner with clients to establish their needs and present solutions.
• Assemble proposals and reports for clients.
• Submit all contacts and documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain all sales activity in the Tecta CRM program.
• Follow up with clients to ensure expectations are met and gather referrals.
• Coordinate with service manager to develop sales strategies and close deals.
• Manage the service projects won through your efforts.
