Qualifications

• Knowledge of different roofing types and installation methods.
• Ability to estimate, sell, and develop new business.
• Able to read blueprints and understand specs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing a team of 10+ personnel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and set objectives for duties assigned.
• Oversee service department operations and staffing.
• Review estimates, inspections, scopes, proposals, and invoices.
• Coordinate with field crews and office staff; ensure service tickets are processed.
• Develop and execute a departmental sales plan.
• Ensure customer service exceeds expectations.
• Attend meetings with owners, managers, and contractors.
