Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience as a Service Manager within commercial roofing.
• Strong background in estimating, job costing, and profitability management.
• Experience managing crews, scheduling, dispatch, and service operations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build accountability and improve performance.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

• Own the full P&L of the service division including revenue, gross margin, and cost control.
• Oversee scheduling and dispatch to maximize efficiency and revenue per truck.
• Lead and hold accountable service technicians and support staff.
• Accurately estimate service work and develop detailed proposals/photo reports.
• Improve processes, workflows, communication, and operational structure.
• Ensure strong customer satisfaction, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Recruit, train, and develop technicians as the department grows.
