Job summary

Holland Roofing Services in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Service Foreman to lead a small crew on commercial roofing projects. This hands-on role focuses on leaks, repairs and diagnostics, not large production installs, and requires you to guide a 1–2 person team outdoors.

You will inspect roofs, document conditions with photos, communicate with building owners, and use mobile apps to report inspections and repairs. A strong safety mindset and OSHA familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commercial roofing service experience, including repairs and diagnostics.
• Ability to locate and repair roof leaks independently.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Comfort using a mobile device for photos, inspections, and service reporting.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small crew is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Find and repair leaks on commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal.
• Perform service repairs and remediation efficiently and correctly.

This could be a great fit.We are looking for an experienced roofing service professional who knows how to find leaks, make solid repairs, and take care of customers. You will lead a small service crew (typically 1-2 people), but this is a hands-on role - not a desk job. You will be joining a large, established national roofing company with room to grow. As we continue adding service crews to this division, strong performers will have opportunities to take on more responsibility and move up.
