Tiello is seeking a results-driven Commercial Roofing Services Sales professional to expand our commercial roofing business in Pompano Beach, FL. This role focuses on sales and business development, with no estimating duties, and targets building long-term client relationships while meeting annual sales goals.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in commercial roofing or construction sales, a strong network of property owners and managers, and a proven ability to generate new business.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Commercial Roofing Services Sales

Location: Pompano Beach, FL

Salary: $80,000–$90,000/year + Bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Roofing Services Sales to expand our commercial roofing business by developing new client relationships and generating service and re-roofing opportunities. This position is focused exclusively on sales and business development, with no estimating responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is a true hunter with experience selling commercial roofing services, a strong network within the industry, and a proven ability to generate new business. This individual will be responsible for building long-term client relationships while consistently achieving annual sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial roofing business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, property managers, facility managers, general contractors, developers, and other commercial clients.
• Identify opportunities for commercial roofing service, maintenance, repairs, and re-roof projects.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve annual production goals of $1.5M–$2M.
• Conduct client meetings, property visits, and presentations to secure new business.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals in coordination with internal estimating and operations teams.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients to generate repeat business.
• Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and association meetings to increase market visibility.
• Track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure a smooth project handoff after contract award.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales or commercial construction sales.
• Proven success generating new business through prospecting and relationship development.
• Experience selling commercial roofing services, repairs, maintenance, and re-roofing projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and industry practices.
• Established relationships with commercial property owners, property managers, facility managers, general contractors, or developers are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
• Valid driver`s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated annual sales production of $1.5M–$2M or higher.
• Experience managing a defined geographic sales territory.
• Proven success selling to commercial property owners, property managers, general contractors, and facility managers.
• Background selling commercial service, maintenance, and re-roofing projects.
• Experience selling primarily to existing commercial buildings rather than new construction.
