TalentSphere is partnering with a Lubbock-based commercial roofing contractor to recruit an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager. The role focuses on taking ownership of projects from award to completion, with local decision-making and access to national resources and support.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and field crews while maintaining strong relationships with general contractors and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial roofing project management experience.

Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Location: Lubbock, Texas

Compensation: $100K Base+ (DOE) + Benefits + Profit Sharing

This role requires commercial roofing experience.

We're working with an established commercial roofing contractor in Lubbock that's looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager who takes pride in running good jobs, building strong relationships, and delivering results.

The Role

You'll take ownership of commercial roofing projects from award through completion.

That includes managing budgets, scheduling crews, coordinating materials, communicating with general contractors, monitoring job costs, and making sure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.

We're looking for someone who understands both the office and field sides of commercial roofing and knows how to bring them together.
